In his words
Complex programmes rarely fail at the end. They fail quietly, months earlier, in the gap between what leadership is told and what is actually true.
Closing that gap is my job. I lead the Enterprise PMO for Nokia across Oceania — the governance layer behind a $500M+ portfolio of government rail, mining and critical infrastructure programmes — accountable for keeping strategy, funding and execution connected, and for giving leadership one honest view of cost, schedule and risk, early enough to act on it.
The discipline I care most about is foresight. We have rebuilt the PMO around AI-supported, predictive forecasting, and it has changed the conversation at steering level — from explaining last month to shaping next quarter. Risk surfaces weeks earlier. Decisions land while they are still cheap.
That approach was built over two decades leading delivery and transformation across telecommunications, aviation, government and infrastructure — from the programme floor to enterprise governance. The two vantage points are inseparable: you cannot govern what you have never delivered.
Beyond the portfolio, I invest in the profession — mentoring PMO and delivery practitioners into leadership, and writing about the discipline's next chapter: the AI-native PMO.
The track record
Twenty years of shipping, then governing.
Why this exists
You cannot govern what you have never delivered.
The Unlearn Newsletter is where that lesson gets applied outside the portfolio — one old belief about earning dismantled every week, and UNLEARN, the book, in 2027.
